POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was my first time ever using an auto transport company and it was absolutely frustrating! After my initlal conversation with the company and an e-mail from them asking me to return an authorization form to charge my credit card for the deposit, I NEVER heard from them again!! I was the one that had to call EVERY time to find out ANY type of information. Furthermore, after I sent it the authorization form with the pick up and drop off information, they still had the wrong pick up information. I had to give the truck driver the correct information because his dispatch department didn't give him the right information. Lastly, I live on an Air Force base that does accept commercial deliveries but the driver didn't even attempt to come on the base. I had to meet him off base to pick up my vehicle and them drive it to my home. I thought it was door-to-door deliveries?! NOT SO MUCH!

The only good thing from this order is that they actually wanted to pick up the vehicle a day early. If you have a choice, find a different company with a whole lot more customer service skills.
