I learned the hard way on how this business operates and how many shady companies are out there just quoting clients. First i get quotes from several companies i had found one for $650.00 immediately i booked with them not knowing they don't even have trucks and didn't check their ratings. Once i gave them my information i got my contract back stating i owe the driver on delivery $650.00 And the deposit was $195.00 as a broker fee so thats a total of $845.00 and i was like WTF?....... once i tried to call them back after numerous emails ( NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE OR RETURNED MY CALLS ) EAGLE AUTO TRANSPORT Shame on you! I got my credit card company on the phone disputed the charges and got my money back. Thank god i noticed their bad practices.

As soon as i learned, i started to shop around again checking them on out on Reviews sites and BBB i was more leaning towards National Auto Shipping & Dependable auto. I chose to give National auto shipping a chance with my car on moving it since they are owner operators and have good feedbacks on Department of transportation and all over.

My car was scheduled to be loaded 9-9-2013 driver called me sunday a day before to see if i can release it on sunday instead of monday that way he didn't have to stay overnight. I worked it out for him and i didn't mind since i was flying out on Tuesday 9-10-2013. Driver kept me informed and delivered within 4 days of loading up my car in Flushing NY. It got safe to it's destination on a timely matter and no damages.

I can only imagine on how many people get screwed with by not knowing what is this business all about. As a Newspaper writer and a consumer i recommend this company to anyone that needs to move a car the right way and not go threw hell to save $80-$125.00.
