team effort WELL DONE
Review: Two major snow storms and they still made it happen. Transort from Kansas to Maine (January ) A rough job at best. There were some delays beyond their control, but the way they handled it was impressive. The truck was held up two times due major snow storms, he was completely snow in and could not move. There was zero communication due to cell being out of range in one particular area. The driver took it upon himself to make sure I was aware of the reason for the delay. What amazed me was the manner in which conveyed the message. He contacted other truckers and some how he managed to send me a message about what was going on. He had his hands full and still managed to let me know. This World needs more people like Richard and Jennifer and Sergi at Nation Transport. This letter is of no request for Nation I just had to write it , to let them know how much I appreciated working with and outstanding company and people
