Horrible experience

5 months later and I still have not received reimbursement for my deductible for damage during shipping. And the insurance didn't cover items that were damaged under the bumper which are big costs, or a rental car which I needed since the car was not drive-able. Not sure what they expected me to do-acted like it was my fault the car was damaged despite me providing all kinds of documentation. Likely going to have to go to small claims court, have spent the last 5 months fighting with them, insurance, and taking car around to get it repaired.
