Inspection & pictures were required which neither were done. The driver had written on BOL to see pictures and dispatcher Alex stated they were on driver's phone which was not true. The dispatcher also stated he did not accept the load on Super Dispatch which I have proof he did. The owner Timofey had a sob story that the driver was older with the old school way of doing things not willing to learn another way of doing anything new. Very unprofessional will never use again.
