Alice was very communicative and quick to respond but when I met with my driver across the country to pick up my vehicle he was appalled that I wanted to pay with a debit or credit card instead of cash. No one at MoverJet told me my payment had to be in cash. It also would have been more professional if Alice had spelled my name correctly when addressing me in emails.
