Don always goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are picked up on time and delivered on time. This particular project was really touchy and actually took more than one try to pick up our cars. Don hung in there with us and made sure it finally got done. The carrier that finally picked up the cars was on time and worked to pick up cars in two different locations in the same city. The driver worked directly with the owners of the cars at the pick up locations. When the cars were delivered he was again very involved and he took such good care of us. Don made sure we got the right carrier. He always does.
