This is my second time transporting a vehicle across the country.My first experience left me unimpressed with the carrier. The driver was 3 days late, he left the window down and my carpet got wet. It took days and much effort to get rid of the odor, so I was very apprehensive about using another transport company.

This time around I needed to get my car transported from Florida to California. I needed this transport to take place immediately, so that I could take advantage of a career opportunity. Dealing with transport companies was very frustrating, the bait and switch tactics, vague contract terms, and other questionable business practices, made me even more reluctant to entrust my vehicle to companies that had such a sleazy vibe.

When I called Motor Mover Auto Transport,Inc. Jeff did an excellent job of reassuring me that the transport could take place in time for me to start my new job. I found Jeff to be extremely honest and professional. When the online system quoted me a price that was not accurate, Jeff took ownership of an error that was not even his fault and honored the original quote. Jeff took the time to really explain the contract, promptly returned my calls, and kept me fully informed on the status of my vehicle as it was transported across the country. He even verified that my flight arrived safely and that I was at my new address, ready to take delivery of my vehicle. Although I found Motor Mover Transport, Inc. to be a great value and definitely feel that I got more than my money's worth.

The high level of customer service allowed me to focus on aspects of my move, because I knew my car was in good hands.I normally don't write reviews, but I feel the need to express my high recommendation of Motor Mover Auto Transport, Inc. The service exceeded my expectations and I will never consider using another transport company. This company has a well deserved reputation.
