I called Alice to discuss a pick up of my vehicle. She was very friendly on the phone and did not make any promises regarding the pick up upon initial contact. She informed me that she would check with her delivery companies and call me back shortly. I got a call back within the hour from Alice to inform me that she had found a truck that could pick up the car three days later and that the driver would contact me within few days of pick up to arrange delivery. On the third day after discussing with Alice, as I was advised, the previous owner of the car contacted me to advise that the car had just been picked up and was on the way to me. As was agreed, the driver called me four days later to advise he was about 5 hours away from me and we arranged the delivery schedule at my loccation. The entire delivery process was smooth and there were no surprises. I would gladly use Alice and her company for future deliveries.
