Pick up time was great. I asked the driver if I should remove my sub box that was hooked up in the back and he told me no it was part of the truck. So we left the stereo box in the truck. The driver checked for the typical damage on the outside never checked or marked anything on the inside of the truck because he said they are not responsible for the inside. I didn't worry at the time because everything was attached. The day my truck was to be dropped off the driver called to say he would be a day late but asked if we could meet in a parking lot at 2pm the next day. I said no problem just call an hour before because I live an hour away. I called the next day which was easter sunday to confrim the time but got is voice mail and so I left a message. I was at the location on time and at 2ish I got a call saying he would not be there until 6ish. There was nothing for me to do but go home and wait to leave again. Once I got the truck we went over the outside and I signed the paper work. The driver did not check the inside with me which I didn't think was a big deal because I was told already that they do not check the inside. When I got in I noticed my stereo box was missing. Someone from the company had cut my wires and unscrewed my box from the truck. I know it was the company because my truck as an alarm so I am assuming because the driver did not mention the alarm going off someone with my keys took the box. I went off on the driver but he acted dumb about the whole thing saying it wasn't there when he got the truck. I called the company about the issue and was told that they would take care of everything and not to worry. Well in the end they did nothing, the offered my 200 for compansation after two weeks of hasseling them. In my own opinion if they are willing to pay 200 wouldn't you say they know they are at fault and are just trying to get away with paying little to none. Also they have an F rating on the BBB so I am upset that the brokers that found this company would even bother using them.
