Transport carrier had to pick up vehcile from Oregon dealer, who would not release the car due to a perceived issue with the wire transfer (non-existent issue); the driver waited several hours while I frantically encouraged salesman to release car before holiday weekend. Vehicle was finally released, and driver made cross- country trip in 6 days...3 days ahead of original tentative delivery date.
On arrival into CT, driver called in the morning and asked what time would be convenient for me. He arrived within 7 minutes of the designated timeframe, my vehicle intact in perfect condition.
