Don't trust Motion Express with your car

Motion Express was assigned to our move by a broker, and they picked up our vehicle on April 30th to ensure arrival by (but not before) May 10th to Connecticut. The driver inspected the vehicle, but didn't document mileage, which I didn't notice, and regretted later. We received a call four days later saying our car was in Connecticut, and ready to be delivered. I reminded them that we weren't in town to receive the car until the 10th. Finally, on the 14th, our car was delivered, after countless calls to both the broker and Motion Express, four days after we were available to get it, and 9 days after it arrived in Connecticut. When we got the car, the gas light was on, and there was a cordless drill with a drill bit on it inside the car...who knows what they did with it while they had it. During this entire process, not one contact of Motion Express gave me their name, until the drop off when I asked, for the sole purpose of typing this review. When we finally did get ahold of someone at motion express to figure out when the car would be delivered, they told us that the instructions were that the car couldn't be delivered until the 10th, but didn't specifically say when the car had to be delivered by, implying that they would deliver the car when they got around to it. Overall, the communication was terrible, the contact person was defensive and rude, and the driver untrustworthy. We would not use this transport service again.
