What a great find

I was deluged with transport offers when I did an online search. I looked over the many offers.
Picked King Transport as "Mark" said "I'm the owner, I'm available 24/7.
I gave him the info for my transfer. After several days,of no contact at all, I called to check the status of my transport and he said he'd been in contact with 2 drivers and he'd call me back in "an hr or 2". After 2 days I still hadn't heard from him. I called back and got voice mail. I'd actually called several times before and I got his voice mail with NEVER a rtn call or he gave me some BS story.
After this I did another search and found Montway. I called them this past Thurs (9/14) and by Mon 9/18 the driver contacted me as did the company. The driver said be here @2:12. As I was driving to meet him I got a text that he was already at the transport site @ 1:50.
The driver was Al, he was very personable and professional. Montway did in a total of 4 days what King Transport couldn't even have the decency to be honest and rtn calls over a 7 day period.
I don't anticipate needing a car transport I. The future but if I do I'll avoid the other idiots out there and just call Montway !!

This site isn't processing my rating but I give them 5 stars in every category without any hesitation !
