In the end, my car arrived in fine condition and thus I'm happy with my choice.

However, I will state, the communcation leaves much to be desired. Critically between the sub-contracted driver and myself...these guys were terrible at letting me know what was happening. We were pretty flexible with our pickup and drop-off. But drivers seemed a bit out to lunch. I kept having to call Montaway to figure out what was going on, with them then calling me back. Not particularly efficient.
