Montway has a couple good things going for it. I was very skeptical about shipping my car, having dealt with moving companies who are as an industry absolute scum, and kind of assumed some level of shadiness. However, I paid exactly what I was quoted, the office was helpful and responsive, and clearly stresses the importance of communication to the shippers they contract with. My one beef is that my pickup date was delayed twice, for a total of four days, allegedly because of "truck breakdown." That said, the company called and Montway emailed me and kept me updated which I appreciated. The car was also delivered next-day from MD to MO, a day early, which I appreciated. Altogether, a very good experience.
