Wonderful, no- hassle experience shipping a vehicle from Michigan to Wisconsin. Customer service was excellent and the communication with the driver was also good. Driver was very conscientious. Arrived early to pick up as well as drop off the vehicle. Texted and called me several times with updates. Customer service also followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied, which I was. I opted for additional cargo insurance and took photos of the vehicle before time, but when the driver arrived, he also took photographs with his own camera and painstakingly detailed the condition of the vehicle prior to shipping. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Great value for a very competitive rate.
