Was told car would be ready to ship on Tuesday, they arranged for a truck then he wouldn't release the car. Same thing happen on Wednesday. Was told that Thursday they could take the car. He called and the guy had errands to do so driver made an appointment to pick up and they the guy with the car was late and driver had to wait for about an hour. He picked up and delivered the car on Friday about the time he had told me just before it picked up the car. Couldn't be happier with U ship and the drivers that they had used. Will use again. The shipper was Montway.
