This was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle out of state, and the first time I was Hiring a Transport company to deliver the vehicle, I was extremely apprehensive with the car transport industry, because I did so much research on the subject, and read all the horror stories. As I read through the reviews for all the companies, and checked their BBB rating, Montway auto transports ratings were consistently high and had hundreds of satisfied customers, I went with my gut and called them on Wednesday October 29th, they quoted me a total of $509.00, on the day of The day the job was assigned i gave them a deposit of $159.00, and the balance to be paid directly to the driver when the vehicle is delivered. They gave me a window of a few days to pick -up the car, and kept me informed of their progress. On Monday November 3rd Kai from Montway called me and said that my vehicle would be picked up in one hour, I called the dealer so he can prepare the vehicle, it was picked up on time just as I was told, I was given the name and number to the driver of the transport vehicle, his name was Daniel, after speaking directly to the transport dispatcher, he informed me that my vehicle would arrive tomorrow Wednesday, November 5th, I called and also spoke to Daniel who confirmed that date. I am happy to report that my classic Mercedes Benz 560SEC was delivered on time (Daniel had said by lunch time) at 12:16 pm exactly as promised, their were no "Hidden Surcharges" the balance was exactly what I was quoted. I would not hesitate to use Montway Auto transport again as well as their transport company of choice. This is not a bogus review, this was a real experience and I am a real client. Check the BBB ratings and reviews, and it all leads up to one company... Montway Auto Transport.
