Took longer than expected to get picked up but once truck was assigned car was delivered in 2 days so the overall time was still less than 10 days. Only other thing was my contact # was not communicated to the driver and he was a day earlier than the projected delivery date. He arrived without notice, we were home that evening so it wasn't a big deal.
