Deliveyr on time,no damage, how ever one set of keys missing. This was a lease transfer from out of state, r.As per owner she handed over both keys, as is the norm.Ok if she only handed over one key why did the driver not notice or document it?. Those keys are expensive and when I return the car I will be liable. Contacted service and claims dept at Montway, they want to hold the sub contractor responsible, and the sub contractor does not want to be held responsible.I will hold Montway responsible since I paid them for the job, not the sub.

Dear Bobby Pervez lynxep@msn.com We are sorry to hear that the customer is unhappy with their new leased vehicle, however Ms Bobby has the misconception that the seller was supposed to provide her with 2 sets of keys. We investigated thoroughly with the carrier, with the customer and with the seller of the vehicle only to find out from the official lease document that the seller provided that there will be only 1 key and 1 remote included with the vehicle as well as a picture of it was provided in the same document. We tried explaining many times to the customer that with leased vehicles and financed vehicles the bank or the dealer usually keeps the second key in case the customer defaults on payments for the car they can impound the vehicle. Customer was provided with extensive research resources from Montway and top class assistance, however on the contrary of what both the seller and the carrier proved (that there was only one key with the vehicle lease), customer kept asking Montway to buy her a new key and key remote for $400. Afterall, customer failed to prove the opposite and may still be unhappy with the vehicle however their review is more appropriate for the seller of the vehicle for giving the impression to the customer that she will receive 2 keys prior to the purchase. Customers are our top priority and we advise them to be careful with vehicle purchases as they should thoroughly inspect all contract binding contracts as well as thoroughly inspect the vehicle before they purchase it. Sincerely, Montway Inc
