I was pretty nervous about shipping a car to my son in California. Montway was recommended by a friend who had had a good experience with them. Our experience was good from beginning to end. The car was picked up promptly. And arrived a day sooner than expected (which we were told was a possibility, but not guaranteed) . The car was picked up on a tuesday evening. The schedule called for the car to be delivered a week later, on wednesday. My son had to be be out of town on thursday, so we were a bit worried that if the car were a day late, there would be issues. On monday of delivery week I emailed the dispatcher to see where the car was. Within 30 minutes he responded that he had spoken with the driver and everything was on track. The next day (tuesday) my son got a call from the driver that he would be there that afternoon...a day sooner than scheduled... a wonderful thing! The car was unloaded on my son's street. It had no damage and had no extra mileage on it. I think an email said I would be offered a restaurant gift certificate for my review..but that certainly isn't necessary. I highly recommend Montway.
