Good job with transportation

I called on a Saturday and they were able to come pick up my car on Monday. The driver showed up when he said he would. I was surprised that he was able to come into my neighborhood... right to my front door. (He had a slick smaller-sized truck designed for local pickups.) The driver was friendly and treated my car with respect.

My car was covered with bug splatters... but I guess that is to be expected after being transported from coast to coast (FL to CA). There was no damage and no extra miles on my car. (I looked CAREFULLY.)

There was a slight mix-up with the driver upon delivery (he mixed us up with another customer who called him earlier in the day) but he realized his mistake and got things straightened out... and still delivered the car on time.

Overall, a great and painless experience.
