No customer service

I called these people for 5 days and they never returned my phone call. I paid extra for prompt service and faster service. They delivered the car at random. 10 days of transport and never called me back once. It was to be delivered 7 days after pickup. It was delivered 3 days late. It was picked up one day late. I paid three hundred more dollars for the same transport time. What really upset me was that no one called me back. Would I use these people again. Yes, because atleast I know the car will show up eventually. But, I will not get a phone call back from them and if they go beyond ten days with the car. I will just have to report the car stolen. Because they need to keep in contact with the customer and with no idea if they have my car any more or anything. The company can do themselves a huge service with returning phone calls or adding GPS tracking to the car so customers know where their cars are. If UPS can track a 8 dollar package then I should be able to track where my car is during shipping.

There was no damage to car and nothing missing from the car. The car was dirty but I shipped it open carrier. There was not an unusual amount of dirt.

I used the broker Auto Transport Group to find this company. Auto Transport Group was not able to get a response from Mobile transport either.
