I leased a new BMW from a dealer in VA and couldn't wait to have it transferred down to Miami. The car broker that helped set up the deal recommended Mercury Auto Transport and specifically Logan Raprager. Logan replied within a few minutes and kicked off the process immediately. Within the hour I had a very competitive estimate (with the car being picked up on a Saturday and scheduled to be delivered on a Monday). The entire process and expectations were explained thoroughly as well as how to inspect the car upon delivery. The car was picked up and dropped off as planned. Throughout the process Logan kept in touch to ensure the delivery was as smooth as possible. The delivery driver also reached out as needed. Overall I was very impressed with their communication and professionalism and would recommend Logan and company without any hesitation.
