From not knowing such an industry existed to having a completed contract in about a week has been an interesting experience. After getting over the surprise how many agents responded immediately to my pricing inquiry I talked briefly to a few agents and appreciated the straight forward information received from William of Mercury transport. He did not overpromise or exaggerate his service. The hauler he obtained was great to work with, communicated very well with the shipper and receiver and exceeded my expectation at less cost than anticipated.
