This was my first time every transporting a car. I was so fortunate to have Kathy contact me immediately after I posted my request online. She explained the whole process to me. I can't begin to tell you what an amazing job she did!! We had our first transporter breakdown (completely not Kathy's fault) and she called me immediately and found another transporter within 30 minutes. She also contacted the location where the pick up was scheduled and explained the situation and new timing with them. She got my car delivered on time!
I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to transport a car.
