Don't use a company that makes you pay before pickup

I was referred to this company by my dealer in Chicago. When I first called the company they told me that they would have my car picked up in two or three days. They also didn't say that they were going to charge me for the entire transport before actually picking up my car. These guys are simply brokers they get paid a fee to arrange transport. The problem with their system is that they pay the driver rather than you paying the driver at delivery so when the drivers look at the message board for transport, they typically looked to get paid on the spot. Using these guys will not help you get your car moved quickly. They ave your money so they don't really care too much. When you call them, they will tell you that they are working on it but all that means is, they added your car to the database and they are hoping a driver will take their offer. Do your homework about choosing a transport company and never pay them for the service until they have arranged for transport and you have had a chance to research the transport company.

Lawrence, thank you for your response. We have researched our system and all of our calls are recorded for quality assurance. You spoke with Jami on 8/5 at 9:45 am and she said that we have trucks in the area all the time. There was no mention that we would pick it up in two or three days. At that time she explained that we take payment in full. We do not do deposits because most of the companies out there that take deposits do not return the fees. You were refunded your full amount when you cancelled your order. I apologize that your transport did not go as you had hoped, but we do not guarantee times for pickup. Thank you.
