First - I enjoyed working with Crystal. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor (which made me immediately feel at ease). Second - when she was not in other staff members responded quickly to my inquiries. Third - the pickup, transport, and drop-off was as agreed. The carrier, a man name Roberto, was honest and took care when securing and moving our vehicle. I highly recommend this company to anyone shipping an automobile.
