Your customer service truly exceeded all my expectations. I was contact via email within 5 minutes of submitting my quote request. I called your 800 number and your customer service representative Nicole was very polite and kind. Nicole walked me through the process and was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the whole transportation process. The one thing that I would recommend to you is that get your automated quote system as accurace as possible, because most business people understand it is common business practices to come back and state that the quote was not accurate and sqeeze more money out of the customer. I believe that that may not be your intent but you must cover all grounds when it's your desire to be the best or atleast one of them. Thank you Nicole for your wonderful service and yes I will be using your service again.
