I had an excellent experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Mark Kukla was professional and very easy to communicate with. He was readily available at any given time (even on Sunday morning). I spoke with him on a Tuesday afternoon and received very reasonable quote for transporting vehicle from Arkansas to California. Mark sent me confirmation e-mail re: our conversation and quote. He said he would arrange for pickup as soon as possible. He called me back and said it might be Thursday evening or Friday morning (of the SAME week). He gave me transport drivers name and phone number. The driver then called me and said he would arrive Thursday night or Friday morning. The driver called again Wednesday and said it would be Thursday night for sure. He then called me when he was 1 hour away and then 30 minutes away. He pulled right onto my street, inspected my vehicle, loaded onto the trailer and said it should arrive in California Sunday or Monday. Driver made contact with my daughter on Saturday and said he would arrive on Sunday at 1:00 pm. Then he called her Sunday and said he was 1 hour away- - - - - -arrived at 1:00 sharp!!! Now THAT is good business and great service!!!
