I got about a million phone calls after filling out an online form for shipping my car. Jim's message stood out not only because he took the time to leave a good amount of detail, but because he specifically mentioned "earning my business".

His responses to my concerns were prompt and concise. If you are wondering why you should use a broker instead of a carrier directly, I would suggest it is because the carriers often have little to nothing in the way of customer service. It can be very difficult to contact the carrier, but it was never difficult to get in touch with my rep. If you are like me and very protective of your car, it gives you piece of mind to know someone is on top of it.

Pick up and (more importantly) delivery of my car was early, with no damage. I would recommend Magic Carpet and Jim Egly to anyone thinking of shipping their car.
