This was the first time every shipping a car anywhere, but Casey Jackson made this easy for me to do. He answered all my questions and called multiple time to check in and make sure everything was going as planned. Magic Carpet was able to get things going as soon as I called to make this appointment. It only took a few days for them to pick up the vehicle, it would have only taken a day but due to some bad weather it was 3 days, which you cannot help with that.
