Sue came through for me in the bnick of time. I had originally contracted another company but despite repeated emails and calls after getting really close to our travel date, I called Magic Carpet and glad that I did. sue not only understood my situation but was very supportive. Guided me through the process and found a carrier for me within 2-3 hrs of the call. I did most of the carrier followup myself but Sue did reach out to me to confirm that everything is ok. All in all a positive experience.
Note: You have to be in constant communication with the carrier as thats the only way to make sure delivery and pick up are on time.

sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-834-2900 Hello FJ, So great of you to take the time to post a great review for me. I'm glad the experience was a positive one for you. Yes, the customer has direct contact with the carrier after they are assigned so there is no miscommunication when going through a 3rd party such as the broker. We here at magic though do stay with you throughout the transport if any issues arise. Glad to be of service and thanks again!
