They found me transport quickly at the price they promised. My car wouldn't start due to an alarm malfunction so the first attempt at pick up could not be completed. They found a new driver within a few days and my car was off. Car arrived early. I loved my driver, he was really nice and was patient as I inspected my car which not only arrived safely, but a glass framed piece of artwork was in the trunk, and unbelievably this arrived fully intact and not broken. The only issue I had was when I was told that it was door to door delivery- which just needed to be explained differently. Since these tow trucks are so huge, it is impossible to drive them into certain neighborhoods. So, in actuality, the driver parked his truck, dismounted my car, and literally drove the car to me, and asked that I drive him back to his truck. In the end everything worked out great, because I was glad that the driver was able to drive the car, which was a good sign! This is just something that should be explained for women that might not want to be alone in a car with a complete stranger. However, the driver was a perfect gentleman, and I would request his services again and absolutely call Parker and recommend them. Really thankful for a super job and delivering my car so safely and on time. You're great!

Lisa, Thank you for the review. I apologize for the mis-understanding on door to door service. Door to Door service is when it is safe and legal for the truck to get down your street. In California it is a 50% chance for the truck to make it right to your front door. Because everyone wants door to door service, what the drivers started doing was driving the vehicles to the customers and having the customers drive them back to their trucks. This is a standard procedure. Most drivers explain it to the customer in advance to there is no mis-understanding and the customer is ok with it. I apologize that he did not explain it to you. I think it has just become second nature to him that he just forgot to explain it to you. It is just like you and I getting up and brushing our teeth in the morning. We don't think about it, it is just second nature and we just do it. Again I apologize I am glad that you were happy with the overall experience. ~ Joanne
