The moment I talked to Joshua I knew he was the real deal. I had booked with another company and was unable to confirm that my car was actually being picked up by a carrier. I was getting nervous because the car was in the dealers showroom and they wanted me to get it out before they started charging me lot fees. So I started to look for another broker and Joshua was the first one to call me directly on the phone. He said that firstly that other broker shouldn't have taken a deposit if they did not have a signed contract with a carrier or me (which I had never signed) They did charge my credit card ( which I have already disputed.). Notice that I did change my mind and my husband was able to get the time to pick fly to Denver and pick up my car for me, so I did not need services from Joshua. He was very kind and said that was ok and did give me a hard time about it. Even though he wasn't able to get a commission from this. He was very helpful and insightful. I would recommend Load anytime.
