First of all my dealings with level one were excellent. Timely emails and good communication. No hiddens charges and quoted price was honored. The only negative was that they were not the ones actually doing the transport. Individuals doing the transport (kiaboom) were late even though they were communicating with me over the phone they were obviously not in the localtion they said they were as I waited for more than 3 hours when they told me their location and should have been only 1 hour away maybe 2 if there was real bad traffic. Same thing on delivery. Basically they had me waiting when I could have been at work earning money instead of sitting at home. I must say that Kiaboom was also professional (beside for making me wait) and responded timely over the telephone.

Overall I was happy with the service I recieved, but with the waiting it cost me more than what I was quoted for.
