I delivered my car to Kwik Trans Inc on Sunday September 20, 2020 @ 5:30pm. It was going from MA to FL. I was told my car would arrive in 3-5 days. As of Tuesday, September 22, my car was still in MA. I spoke to the driver who assured me I’d have it Wednesday/Thursday the latest. On Wednesday, September 23, 2020 I spoke to the driver who now stated I’d get my car Thursday/Friday evening the latest. Today Friday, September 25, I contact the driver who is in Miami, FL telling me I’m not getting my car until Saturday September 26, 2020 in the afternoon. My delivery was near Tampa. They completely bypassed me and purposefully delayed my delivery. I received a call from someone named Alex of the company who basically told me “too bad so sad” I’m not getting my car today. I will never use them again and do not recommend them at all. I’d rather pay more to a company who honors what they say instead of a company who completely disregards what they offered.
