We had an issue with communication with the first carrier that was assigned to us. I did not feel comfortable using that specific carrier, and told King of the Road as such. They assigned me a new carrier who was very friendly, reliable, and the communication was very good. I am pleased that they resolved this issue and have been very good at communicating things every step of the way. I would definitely use King of the Road again.
