Louis did an excellent job of finding a carrier after frist working with a low bid broker that left the vehicle sit. The quote was $900. The total cost exceeded the quote by $50 after I had already offered to meet the driver along a major interstate and waive the door to door delivery in hopes of working within the quoted price and have better luck in finding a carrier. Some brokers offer to pay a portion of the cost exceeding their quote. I did not expect it with Jet, but it would have been nice. I got my car and that was top priority. The tracking system seems to work only as good as the carrier responding to phone calls during Jet's regular business hours. The 24 hour period prior to delivery I received 3 calls from the driver which reassured me as to the delivery date and time. Overall it was a pleasure working with Louis.
