Quick and easy. Had to reschudule 2 weeks earlier for the transport. The broker was able to readjust the pickup. Received the car in only 5 days from Maryland to California. They were also upfront with costs. There were no surprises. Other brokers were pretty aggressive with me trying to sway me not to use JMD. For JMD there was no pressure.
