Everything went as planned joanna was excellent with the customer service always responsive and helpful. The only thing I didn't expect is the driver's company (not the broker) was giving me the runaround about when my car will be delivered since it arrived unexpectedly early and they didn't come as planned and tried to charge me extra for storage and redelivery. Joanna nipped it in the bud since that was in the contract when they accepted the job and I'm thankful for that. Also the trucking company didn't call me or deliver as was expected (Wed morning) so I went to pick it up. In the end everything worked out great and I'm satisfied with ironclad because they made me feel at ease.
