Purchased a new car "remotely" from a dealership in New Hampshire, and had it shipped to me in California. The dealership contracted with Intercity to transport the vehicle. The driver, Randy, called me as soon as he had the car in his trailer to let me know he was on his way and would call again when he had an estimate of delivery date. That was a Saturday morning. He called again the following Friday and said he would have it here by Monday. Monday morning he called bright and early and said he would be here in 45 minutes, and he was! The car was in pristine condition and squeaky clean. Randy was friendly and professional throughout.
