This experience was perfect from beginning to end, unlike what you sometimes hear about other car transport companies. The driver assigned to me was Mark and his wife Linda.

They contacted me to tell me what day/time they would pick up the car. That day they were on time and because I live on a narrow street, they had to park their truck half a mile away from me, which was no problem. There was no way their truck could have fit on my narrow street, but because I came to them they felt bad and asked if they could repay me in any way, which of course I turned down. They couldn't have been nicer or more courteous.

They loaded my car onto the truck and it was clearly safe and caused no damage - the equipment is very good. They told me it would probably take 8-10 days to get my car across the country which is in line with what I was told when I first called to book. Of course, they ended up being early and getting there in 7 days. My car looked exactly like it did when i left it with them, which makes sense since all it did was sit in an enclosed truck for a bit.

Intercity Lines costs more than some brokers you can get a quote from. That's because
1) it's enclosed
2) it's only one driver the entire time with you car, it's never switched off
3) it's their driver, so if they tell you a price they can do it for, they really will do it
4) it's as safe and professional as it can get.

I guess this is just my experience, but I know that when I ship my car back to MA, I'm using these guys again.
