King Roadways was contacted on 7/8, deposit was made to Serge Marshall's acct as requested the same day. 4 days later motorcycle still not picked up for shipping. King Rdway contacted to canc and he agreed to refund. 8/2 still no refund after multiple attempts to contact. last contact King Roadway (Phil) hung up on me. Complaint filed with BBB.
