First I want to start by saying I am not the type to go onto the internet & bash a company. But I do need people to be aware of this company before they start to deal with them. Of course when you first speak with these people they are extremely nice. 1 they lied to me and told me that I could put certain things in the car and when I spoke to the actual guy that transported my car, he laughed at the fact that they would even advice me of that. 2 very unprofessional! The girl who set this up for me, I guess got fired, idk but she doesn't work there anymore and the basically bashed her name and told me she was doing a poor job. I dont care what's going on with the company, they shouldn't tell a customer that type of information. Every time I called them for a question, they all had an attitude with me or spoke to me as if I was dumb. One guy kept calling me to try and get my car transported to the right company, they gave me every date/time except the one that I actually needed. Once I tried to call back & this woman says "I am the supervisor here, do not call this phone back. This line is for dispatch only, we can not have it tied up with customers" RUDE! Why would someone give out a phone number that customers are not supposed to call? They're phone system sucked! Every time I would speak with someone, the phone would cut off. They tried to blame it on my phone but if it was my phone, why could I hear them say "ugh great we lost her" and hear them hang up. They finally got my car on a track. Great, I thought. The day they picked up my car, I had no idea what time they would be picking up my car. I actually had to call the trucking company and when I did, they still gave me the wrong time. Now SLS was great and friendly. My car does have painted chipped away on the front, it was a bit dirty, side mirrors looked a little cracked on the corners. But no major issues. They dropped my car off and I gave them the money. When I gave them the money they were a bit confused as to why I didn't give them the whole amount. I explained to them that I gave a deposit. All was well until a few days later I get a phone call from SLS transportation (the actual trucking company that shipped my car) saying he called Ideal Motors and they advised him that they have no knowledge as to a deposit I paid and that I still owed money. Luck for me, I still have the email EXPLAINING the amount I am to give to the driver at the time of deliver of my car. I forwarded to SLS transportation as proof. Dealing with this company was such a head ache. All the back & forth. Each conversation they want to talk over you and never let you finish talking. Please be wise before doing business with this company. I should have went with another company once I heard them bash one of their own previous reps. Small company, customer service is one person who will keep you on hold for longer then 15 mins. You guys get where I'm going with this? Alright. Don't be fooled by these awesome reviews like I did because these guys are pretty bad!
