Hilton provides the customer service (which was great) and contracts out to other companies to actually ship the car. Everything went along smoothly, although I thought I would receive the car in 8 days, it ended up being 12 which was an issue the contracter had with the day of the week/shipping cars to the bay area. Hilton also called up to confirm everything went OK. I would recommend Hilton and use them again...
