Hilton Auto Transport contacted me very promptly, and found a driver to pick up my car. Hilton does not actually provide the transport, they contract it out to independent drivers.
The Driver kept saying he was gonna come in a specific window, then calling me after the end of the window with an excuse. I spent about two days being around and available wasting time. The driver eventually did show up to take my car, but said he could not leave the area for another two days because of a problem with another car.
I sent an email to Hilton a few days later to verify that the driver had left the state and never got a response. My car did arrive in California in a timely manner. My friend who was picking it up had to take meet the driver a good distance from apartment, because it is hard to drive his rig on residential roads.

Dan- thank you for the feedback on your move! We want to point out that this customers car was delivered in the time frame that was agreed on, if not faster. He was also kept up to date with the entire move. The large auto transport trucks are unable to fit in most neighborhoods….explained in our terms and conditions. Please know that the drivers we use do there best to make the time frames for pick up and drop off work for everyone!
