Everything went perfect on our transport. Most of the places I called had wide open windows for pickup/delivery, Hilton was able to give me an exact day for pickup early on and delivery was scheduled to the day as well. I paid the extra $200 for the expedited service since speed was key for us. Even with that, the $1200 fee was still less expensive than most places I called. The driver was prompt, courteous and professional. Nicole at Hilton kept in constant contact with me and I was able to not worry about that particular aspect of our move. Any dirt on the car should be expected for a 2000+ mile transport, and a $10 car wash had my 4Runner looking new again. No scratches, dings, or wear of any kind was found after the transport. All in all, this was a perfect transport - I would use Hilton again and recommend them to anyone!
