Transport of my son's car from north CA to a So Cal. Car not operable (failed transmission). It was under warranty & needed to go the original shop that did the work. There were issues about the transport requiring extra care, (non-operable, specialized roof rack, a Mini Cooper, the shop where it was going had unusual hours, many parties were involved - myself, my son, the repair shop (in So Cal). I called Nichole on a Thursday afternoon. My son's car was picked up the next afternoon! It was delivered to the repair shop the next day - Saturday afternoon! Nichole handled it all with wonderful professionalism & patience. It took a lot of patience & many phone calls to get everything lined up - the timing, who needed to talk to whom, who needed to be where & when, signatures; she even was able to get in touch the elusive repair shop/mechanic! We’d been waiting for this transport to get done for weeks by him & Nichole handled it in 2 days from the first call to drop off! She checked in regularly, by phone & email. That was reassuring & especially convenient for me. I know she went the extra mile & worked after hours to help us get this done quickly. I am still in awe of her level of energy & persistence to make this happen! I cannot recommend Hilton Auto Transport highly enough. The service was hands on, with great attention to detail, very personalized, yet extremely professional. I couldn't ask for better.
