Outstanding Service

I selected Hilton Auto Transport after reading the reviews on this site and researching the company on the Better Business Bureau website. Nichole Hilton, the owner of the business, was very professional and courteous and the transaction was completed in minutes. A major advantage was the assurance that our cars would be picked up within a 3-day window whereas some other companies required a 10-day window. Nichole told me she would contact me again as soon as she had a confirmed carrier for the transport of our two cars from North Carolina to California and I received a call a few days later, exactly as promised.

In this business, problems are almost guaranteed to arise but how they are solved is what differentiates an outstanding company from the rest of the industry. Sure enough, on the pick up day, the carrier simply sent Nichole a fax to cancel the order....! That created a major issue for us since we had 5 cats to move to California. Due to airlines regulations in the transport of animals, we could only fly on a particular day with a specific flight and with the only carrier that accepted all the animals together. No other option was available to us and we had to be on that flight.

Nichole was simply outstanding in finding another solution in a very short period of time. Moreover, she kept me informed at every step of the process, something that was very much appreciated at a time when so many other move-related things had to happen in a timely manner. She identified a new carrier, T3 Express, and somehow convinced the extremely nice and helpful driver to change his routing and schedule to pick up our cars within the 3-day window that was originally promised. Our cars were delivered to California 3 days later and, by the time I got home, I found a $50 refund on my credit card representing the price difference between the two carriers. Customer service doesn't get any better than that !!! Hilton Transport could not have provided a better service and I forwarded Nichole's contact information as well as T3 Express' to the HR department at our company that deals with employees' relocation. Nichole, thanks for all your help.
